Delivery

You get an order confirmation by email straight away, and another email when your pair ships. For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready for the rider.

Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind, or need another size? You have 7 days from delivery to return your pair for an exchange or a refund.

• The pair must be unworn, clean and in its original box with everything it came with.
• You cover the cost of sending it back. We cover delivery of an exchanged pair.
• The original delivery charge isn’t refunded.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
• An exchange depends on the size you want still being in stock.

Faulty or wrong pair

If your pair arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund it in full, and we cover delivery both ways.

How to start a return

Email info@wearsnakes.com with your order number, whether you want an exchange or a refund, and the new size if you’re exchanging. We’ll reply with where to send the pair. Refunds are processed once the pair reaches us and passes a check.
